Annual Golf outing

Join us for the 14th Annual Jay Leonard Memorial Golf Outing on June 14, 2024. Morning Shotgun is 8:00 AM and Afternoon Shotgun is 1:30 PM. Lunch is provided by Casa and golf outing fee includes green fees, cart, lunch, beverages and prizes. Thank you to The Affiliates Club, Anytime Fitness, Casa, and Preferred Auto for your continued support of this event. Thank you to Orchard Ridge Country Club, located at 4531 Lower Huntington Rd Ft. Wayne Indiana 46809, for the use of your beautiful golf course.

$150 per golfer or $600 per team.

Mulligans will be available for purchase the day of the golf outing.

Please come play golf and help our amazing kids go to camp; please give them the opportunity to have a break from being the kid with cancer and allow them to be normal and do what they wanna do :)
