Please complete all information on the Application Form (below) by May 1, 2024. Upon receipt and processing of your Application Form, an information/health packet will be forwarded to the camper.
The information/health packet will be due prior to camp on May 15th!
All campers attend Camp Watcha-Wanna-Do at NO COST to their families. Camp is entirely funded by community support. Only children with the diagnosis of cancer or a brain tumor will be allowed to attend (and a sibling if applicable). If this application form was sent to you in error, the staff of Camp Watcha-Wanna-Do apologizes.
